Terms & Conditions – Dhopakhana
Welcome to Dhopakhana Laundry Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our laundry, dry-cleaning, and related services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Service Overview
Dhopakhana provides professional laundry, dry-cleaning, and ironing services for personal and commercial garments. Our goal is to ensure clean, fresh, and well-maintained clothes for our customers through hygienic and timely service.
2. Order and Delivery
Orders can be placed through our website, mobile app, phone, or at our physical collection points.
Pickup and delivery times are subject to availability and may vary due to location, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the promised time, but we do not guarantee delivery times.
3. Garment Care
All garments are cleaned using standard industry procedures unless specific instructions are provided by the customer.
Dhopakhana will not be responsible for color fading, shrinkage, or damage caused by poor fabric quality, improper labeling, or hidden defects in garments.
If you have specific care instructions, please inform us in writing at the time of placing your order.
4. Damage or Loss Policy
We take utmost care of your garments. However, in rare cases of loss or irreversible damage, our liability shall not exceed 5 times the service charge of the affected item or its maximum value of ₹2,000, whichever is lower.
Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Stain Removal
We do our best to remove stains, but complete removal is not guaranteed. Some stains may be permanent or only partially removable due to fabric type or age of the stain.
6. Unclaimed Garments
Garments not collected or accepted for delivery within 30 days of completion shall be considered abandoned.
Dhopakhana reserves the right to dispose of such garments after this period without further notice.
7. Payment Terms
Full payment must be made before or at the time of delivery.
We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and online payments through approved platforms.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
8. Pickup & Delivery Conditions
The customer must ensure someone is available to hand over or receive garments during scheduled pickup and delivery.
Dhopakhana is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability of the customer.
9. Hygiene and Safety
We maintain strict hygiene in all processes, including separation of washed and unwashed garments.
Customers are requested not to send garments contaminated with hazardous or infectious substances.
10. Refunds & Cancellations
Orders once processed cannot be canceled.
Refunds may be issued only in cases where service could not be delivered due to operational failure by Dhopakhana.
11. Liability Disclaimer
Dhopakhana shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
Our responsibility is limited to the cleaning and care of garments as per these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Updated terms will be available on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
